Shiretoko Sightseeing Ship Aurora offers a laidback voyage and sense of security unique to a large ship. Aqualand Solntse is an indoor facility that lets you play as you please without worrying about the weather. Meaning “sun” in Russian, there is a picture of an enormous sun on the wall as well as images of the blue sea and the Clionidae living in Shiretoko. The pool is up to a meter deep. With slides, gyms, and other equipment, enjoy an unforgettable moment of excitement.
*Solntse, the pool on the B1 floor, requires a swimsuit. Children must be accompanied by a guardian when using this facility.

This place is famous for its sceneries and sunsets. In winter, this is also the point where you can see the very first ice floes of the Sea of Okhotsk.

- Does the dinner buffet differ depending on the wing or the room?
- No. The dinner and breakfast buffet is the same for plans including buffets.
- Do you have a dinner-only plan?
- Yes, we offer a set plan including the Marusukoi dinner buffet and hot spring access for ¥6,600 per adult, ¥4,620 per child, and ¥3,300 per infant (all prices include tax). (Note that dinner-only plans are not available and prices may vary on holiday eves.)
The hot spring facilities are available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. During busy periods, the dinner buffet may be fully booked or have designated entry times. We may not be able to accommodate your preferred dining time, so please be aware.
*The pricing for the day-use Marusukoi buffet dinner will be revised.

- Yes, we have a raised area between tatami mats and boards. However, we do not accept reservations specifically for these areas, as there are a limited number of seats available. - Yes, we have. However, there are limited numbers of these rooms, and we may be unable to meet your request.

- We offer our apologies. We do not rent computers.
- Do guest rooms have internet access (LAN connection)?
- Only the 1st floor lobby area of the West Wing and all guest rooms in the Shizen Wing have complimentary Wi-Fi. Guest rooms in the East and West Wings as well as other public areas do not.
*The 1st floor lobby area offers LAN cables as well. - Is there a mini bar in the refrigerator?
- We not have a mini bar, but since the refrigerators in the guest rooms are empty, you are welcome to stow items bought at the vending machines.
- Can I have ice delivered to my room?
- We offer ice delivery room service for ¥326 (tax included).
We also have complimentary ice machines on the 6th and 8th floors of the West Wing and the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the Shizen Wing. - Do you have large yukatas?
- Yes, ordinarily, we provide Small (155 cm) Medium (165 cm) and Large (165 to 175 cm), but we also have Extra Large (175 cm) and Special (starting at 180 cm). Please call the front desk to order.
- Do the rooms have humidifiers?
- All rooms come equipped with the humidifier/air purifier Plasmacluster. We have drained the water for sanitary reasons, so we ask that the guests fill the humidifiers themselves.
- Are extra beds available?
- We offer our apologies. We do not have extra beds available at our hotel.
- Can I bring a pet with me?
- Our hotel does not have a place to accommodate pets, so we ask that you either stay in a hotel that can accommodate pets, have a pet hotel in your neighborhood take care of it, or have someone you know watch it. When bringing your pet to the hotel, always bring a cage.
